Payment: Please pay in cash on-site on the day of your activity.
Parking Fee: Please note that there is a local parking fee of ¥500 per vehicle.

What to Wear & Bring

Swimwear or clothing can get wet.
No shoes allowed on the boat (flip-flops/sandals recommended).
Optional: Your own wetsuit / life jacket (life jacket, short or full suits are available to borrow).
Recommended items to bring:
Towel (large or small)
Change of clothes
Water / sports drink & Snacks (optional)
Waterproof phone pouch & Sunglasses (optional)
Most importantly: A spirit to try something new!

足元： ボート内は土足厳禁です。 ビーチサンダルやサンダルでのご来場をおすすめします。
ご自身のウェットスーツやライフジャケットのお持ち込みも可能です。（ライフジャケット、ショート・フルスーツの無料レンタルもご用意しております）

Weather Cancellations
天候による中止

Rescheduling: If you would like to change your activity date/time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Weather Cancellations: * Activities may continue in light rain (unless thunder/lightning is present).
In case of severe weather (e.g., storms, strong winds), we will notify you of cancellation and offer to reschedule.
Force Majeure: If activities are canceled due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will notify you as soon as possible.
ご予約の変更・キャンセル： 日時の変更をご希望の場合は、アクティビティ開始の48時間前までにご連絡をお願いいたします。
天候による中止： * 小雨の場合は決行いたします（ただし、雷や稲妻が発生している場合を除きます）。
悪天候（嵐や強風など）により中止となる場合は、事前にお客様へご連絡し、日程変更などのご案内をさせていただきます。
不可抗力： 自然災害や政府による制限など、予期せぬ事態により中止となる場合は、判明次第速やかにご連絡いたします。

Wakeboarding Experience Activity Liability Waiver
To ensure the safety of all participants and groups, and to ensure the smooth progress of the activity, please carefully read the following liability waiver. By signing this document, you indicate that you understand and agree to the stated terms.
Risk Acceptance
I understand that wakeboarding activities carry risks of physical injury, property loss, and other damages. I voluntarily accept all risks, including those arising from weather changes, equipment failure, and the actions of myself or others.
Health Condition
I declare that I am in good health and suitable for wakeboarding activities, and I confirm that I have no medical or health issues that could affect the safety of this activity. I promise not to consume any alcohol or drugs that may impair my reaction time and judgment before participating in the activity.
Compliance with Rules
I agree to comply with all safety rules and instructions for the wakeboarding activity and to follow the instructions of the coach and staff. I agree to wear all necessary safety equipment, such as life jackets and helmets, during the activity.
Liability and Compensation
I agree to release Hakuba Alps Surf, the coaches, the staff, and related personnel from legal liability for any accidents or injuries. I agree to take responsibility for any losses, injuries, or damages caused by my actions or violations of the rules, and to compensate the organizers and related personnel for all losses.
Emergency Situations
I permit Hakuba Alps Surf to take necessary medical measures in emergency situations (including first aid and hospital transportation). I agree to bear all costs related to emergency medical services.
