非対面チェックインについて
Contactless check-in / 自助式入住
非対面チェックインを実施しております。ご到着の際、玄関右側の鍵ボックスにパスワードを入力し、黒いボタンを押して鍵を取り出してください。鍵を受け取ったら、福ロッジにお入りください。パスワードはご予約確定後、チェックイン前日にメッセージでお送りいたします。
** チェックアウトの際には、鍵を鍵ボックスに戻していただくようお願いいたします。
We offer contactless check-in. Upon arrival, please enter the password into the key box on the right side of the entrance and press the black button to retrieve the key. Once you have the key, please enter Fuku Lodge.The password will be sent to you via message the day before your check-in, once your reservation is confirmed.
** When checking out, please return the key to the key box.
我們提供非接觸式入住服務。抵達時，請在入口右側的鑰匙盒上輸入我們於入住前提供的密碼，並按下黑色按鈕取出鑰匙。取得鑰匙後，即可進入房屋。鑰匙盒密碼將於預訂確認後，在入住前一天由Airnbnb系統發送訊息通知您。
**退房時，請將鑰匙放回鑰匙盒內。
必ずGoogleマップで「Fuku Lodge」を検索してください。車のカーナビでは誤った場所を案内する場合がありますので、ご注意ください。
Please make sure to use Google Maps and search for “Fuku Lodge.” Car navigation systems may lead to the wrong location, so please check your route carefully.
請務必使用 Google Map 搜尋「Fuku Lodge」。車內導航系統可能會導向錯誤地點，請特別注意。
ベッド配置と追加人数について
Bed Arrangement and Additional Guests / 床位配置與加床說明
ご予約の人数が 2 名様以内の場合は、基本的にダブルベッド 1 台をご用意いたします。 3 名様以上の場合は、ダブルベッド1台に加え、追加人数分のシングルベッド（バンクベッド）をご用意いたします。
ダブルベッドをシングルベッド（バンクベッド）に変更をご希望の場合は、ご到着の前日までにお知らせください。予約人数を増やされる場合は、追加料金が発生し、事前にお問い合わせいただく必要があります。
なお、当日の変更につきましてはご希望に添えない場合もございますので、必ず事前のご確認をお願いいたします。
If your reservation is for up to 2 guests, one double bed will be provided.
For more than 2 guests, one double bed and additional single beds (bunk beds) will be prepared according to the number of extra guests.
If you wish to change the double bed to single beds (bunk beds), please notify us by the day before your arrival.
Additional charges will apply for extra guests, so please inquire in advance.
Please be aware that changes on the day of arrival may not be accommodated, so be sure to confirm in advance.
如果您的預訂人數為2人以內，我們將提供一張雙人床。
若超過2人，將提供一張雙人床與對應人數的單人床（上下舖）。
如果希望將雙人床更換為單人床（上下舖），請於抵達前一天前告知我們。如需增加預訂人數，將產生額外費用，請提前聯絡諮詢。請注意，當日更改可能無法滿足需求，務必事先確認。
チェックアウト超過料金について
Late Checkout Fee Policy / 超時退房追加費用說明
チェックアウトタイムを超えて客室を使用される場合、次の追加料金を申し受けます。
10:30～12:00 1泊10名様の室料金の50％
12:00～14:00 1泊10名様の室料金の75％
14:00以降 1泊10名様の室料金の100％
If you use the guest room beyond the checkout time, the following additional charges will apply:
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: 50% of the room rate for 10 people per night
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: 75% of the room rate for 10 people per night
After 2:00 PM: 100% of the room rate for 10 people per night.
如果您超過退房時間，我們將依照以下所示收取房費（依照10人價格計算）：

騒音に関するお願い ／Noise Policy／9點後請降低聲量
福ロッジの周りは静かな住宅地です。 子育て中のご家族もお住まいですので、夜9時以降は大声を出したり騒がないようお願い申し上げます。 Fuku Lodge is located in a quiet residential area. Families with children also reside nearby, so we kindly ask that you refrain from raising your voice or making noise after 9 PM. 福花小屋周圍是安靜的住宅區，附近也有育兒中的家庭居住。 請於晚上9點後避免大聲喧嘩或吵鬧，感謝您的配合。
室内全面禁煙（電子タバコも含む）／室內全面禁止吸煙（包含電子煙）
No Smoking Indoors (including electronic cigarettes)
屋外での喫煙は可能ですが、たばこの吸い殻は備え付けの灰皿に捨ててください。室内での喫煙や、たばこの吸い殻を地面に捨てることは絶対にお控えください（火災の危険があります）。喫煙による痕跡が見つかった場合、清掃費用として10万円を請求させていただきます。ご理解とご協力、誠にありがとうございます。
Smoking is permitted outdoors, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays. Smoking indoors or discarding cigarette butts on the ground is strictly prohibited (due to the risk of fire). A cleaning fee of 100,000 yen will be charged if smoking traces are found. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
屋外可吸煙，但請將煙蒂丟棄於指定的煙灰缸中。請務必避免在室內吸煙或將煙蒂隨意丟棄於地面（有火災風險）。若發現有吸煙痕跡，我們將收取清潔費用10萬日圓。感謝您的理解與配合。
火災事故防止について／為避免火災事故／Fire Safety Notice
火災を防ぐため、室内ではガスコンロやガスバーナーなどの火を使う器具の使用はお控えください。
For fire prevention, please refrain from using appliances indoors that produce flames, such as gas stoves or gas burners.
為了防止火災，請勿在室內使用瓦斯爐、瓦斯噴火器等明火設備。
ペットの同伴はご遠慮ください／請勿攜帶寵物入住／No Pets Allowed
福ロッジでは、ペットの同伴をお断りしております。施設全体の清潔を保つために、ペットの同伴はご遠慮いただいております。ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
本民宿謝絕攜帶寵物入住。為了維護整體設施的清潔，我們無法接待寵物同行。感謝您的理解與配合。
Pets are not allowed in this entire rental property. We kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing pets to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation

Damage or Loss of Facilities and Equipment
施設・備品の破損、汚損、紛失は必ずお申し出ください。
損害が発生する場合、お客様に賠償を請求させて頂く可能性もあります。どうぞご了承下さいませ。
如您不小心摔壞或損害了任何物品，請立即與我們報備。
如發現有任何物品於您入住期間發生損毀，我們將依情況向您收取賠償費用。
Please report any damage, soiling, or loss of facilities and equipment promptly.
Depending on the extent of damage, repair costs may be charged to you. Thank you for your understanding.

薪ストーブの使い方／Wood Stove Introduction
注意 Notice
薪ストーブの上に可燃物を置かないでください。
DO NOT leave anything on top of the stove.
請勿在鑄鐵爐上放置任何物品。
用意した薪と着火材以外の物を薪ストーブに入れたら、故障や火事の原因になりますので、ご遠慮してください。
DO NOT put anything else into the stove. Please use the wood we prepared for you. Or it might causes fire disaster.
嚴禁將其他物品放入火爐，否則會造成故障或火災。
薪ストーブに水をかけないでください。
思ったより火が大きくなった場合、空気調節ダイヤルを全部閉めて、新しい空気が入らなかったら、火力は弱まります。
DO NOT pouring water on stove.
Turn off all switches if you want to turn down the fire.
嚴禁對火爐灑水。
火力過大時請將空氣調節閥全部關閉，當火爐缺乏新鮮空氣時火力會自然減弱。
寝るや出かける前に、新しい薪を入れず、燃焼室ドアを閉めて、そのまま放置してください。
DO NOT leave the door/gate of stove wide open. Turn it off before sleep or going out.
嚴禁爐門大開。就寢或外出前請關閉爐門，不添加木柴的情況下，爐火會自然熄滅。

BBQについて／About BBQ
■ BBQ道具の貸出と持込みについて BBQ Equipment Rental & Bringing Your Own
BBQ台と炭トングは無料で貸し出しております。
炭・着火剤・食材などの消耗品はお客様ご自身でご用意ください。ご自分のBBQ道具や焚き火台をお持ち込みいただくことも可能です。（※室内および縁側でのご利用はできません）
A BBQ grill and charcoal tongs are available for free rental. Please prepare your own consumables such as charcoal, fire starters, and food. You are also welcome to bring your own BBQ equipment or fire pit. (*Use inside the building or on the veranda is not allowed.)
■ BBQを始める前に（安全のために） Before You Start the BBQ
火をつける前に、必ず水を準備してください。 駐車場横の散水ホースをBBQ台まで伸ばし、蛇口を開けてスタンドに掛けておきましょう。 もしもの時、すぐに水で消火できるようにしてからBBQを始めてください。
For safety, please prepare water first. Extend the garden hose from the parking area to the BBQ grill, open the faucet, and hang the hose on the stand. Be ready to extinguish the fire immediately if anything happens.
■ ご利用後のお願い After the BBQ
後片付けはお客様ご自身でお願いいたします。 BBQ終了時には必ず水をかけて、火を完全に消してください。
風が吹くと火事や森林火災の危険が高まります。
Please clean up after use. Always pour water over the charcoal to fully extinguish the fire.
Strong wind can easily cause wildfires.
■ 周辺環境への配慮 After the BBQ
白馬村にはさまざまな野生動物が暮らしていますので、食べ残しやゴミを庭に残さないようお気をつけください。福ロッジは住宅地にあり、小さなお子様のいる家庭も多いです。 夜9時を過ぎたら室内へ移動してお過ごしください。
Wild animals live in Hakuba Village, so please make sure not to leave any leftover food or garbage in the yard. Fuku Lodge is located in a residential area with many families and small children. After 9 PM, please move indoors.
■ BBQに使用できないもの Items NOT for BBQ Use
室内の台所用品（鍋・ターナーなど）はBBQには使わないでください。
ロッジに置いてある薪は冬季の薪ストーブ用で、まだ乾燥中のためBBQには使用できません。 炭はスーパーなどでお買い求めください。
Kitchen utensils in the house (pots, turners, etc.) must not be used for BBQ.
The firewood stored at Fuku Lodge is for winter heating and not yet fully dried.
Please purchase charcoal at a nearby store.
